General questions

Boop & Floof sends out monthly treats, toys and other wonderful items that will delight, entertain and intrigue your Boop (dog) or Floof (cat). Our in-house testers work hard to give your pets the very best produce, guaranteed to beat away boredom! We promise your pet will be satisfied, and the best part is, you will never receive the same object twice!

Your boxes and subscription

It’s super simple to become part of the Boop & Floof family, click the subscribe button and select how long you would like to join us for – let the fun begin!

Cancelling and pausing your subscription can be done through the ‘Your Account’ section, this will stop your subscription being renewed automatically but you will have to continue out the rest of the subscription you selected. You have to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

Pausing your subscription can be done through the ‘Your Account’ section. You can pause your subscription for two months at a time, you will be notified when the subscription starts up again.

At Boop & Floof we try to cater for all types, sizes and breeds of dogs and cats. If your pet has any special requirements, we will do our best to accommodate them – no pet left behind!
We do require up to date information, you can edit all your details in the ‘Your Account’ section.
Payment will be taken on the 7th of every month, your box will then be dispatched on the 14th! It should then take 2-4 days to arrive.

Good question! If you commit to a longer length of tail wags, you get the best deal! Preparing ahead of time allows us to make plans with high quality vendors to put together future BusterBoxes at a great price.

If a long term plan isn’t your thing, no problem! We also offer a monthly subscription for €29 / £26 so feel free to sign up to whichever plan works best for you and your dog!
